Overview:
Aaron Klein is an Israeli-American political strategist and journalist. He is driven by conservative and right-wing ideas and works for conservative clients. He is currently a senior advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Dubious ‘Journalist’

Aaron Klein began his career as a journalist working for the conservative WorldNetDaily website as the Middle East bureau chief. He was later recruited as Breitbart News‘s Middle East bureau chief by the website’s then executive chairman, Steve Bannon.1 Breitbart News is disproportionately filled with Zionist Jewish staff. It was founded by Andrew Breitbart and Larry Solov, both of which are staunch Zionists. The news company has featured many right-wing Jewish journalists such as Ben Shapiro and Joel Pollak. Klein has since worked and written for a number of other right-wing newspapers and sites such as the New York Post and the Jewish Press, all of which are known for their neoconservative and pro-Israel foreign policy bias. During his career as an American right-wing journalist, Klein resided in Tel Aviv. The Jerusalem Post described him as a “successful” reporter who furthered Israeli interests.

As part of his “journalism”, Kelin has actively published some of the most eerie and phony news stories known among the Israeli-friendly US conservative scene. Such attempts effectively belittle the negative role of the Israeli lobby in US politics, focusing instead on scapegoats such as Muslims or “Communists”. Klein consequently wrote books on various dubious themes such as how Muslims and Jihadists “plot to control the world” and that former US President Barack Obama “works with Communists”. Klein would also frequently attack Obama and other Democrat politicians for criticizing Israel and negotiating with anti-Israel regimes such as Iran. He falsely claimed that “For eight years Barack Obama treated Israel like it was some s***hole. Meanwhile, for some strange reason he coddled some of the most despotic regimes in the world.”2 Klein claimed that Palestinian ”terror leaders” endorse Democrat presidential candidates, referring to the leaders of the Hamas resistance group. Klein made these claims against the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential election campaign. This is while Hamas had officially declared at the time that both Trump and Clinton and present no positive alternative for the Palestinian people.3

Netanyahu & Trump Advisor

Aaron Klein has worked for a few prominent right-wing politicians in Israel and the US. He is a senior advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu. He was Netanyahu’s campaign manager and chief strategist during several Knesset elections in Israel. He played major role in Netanyahu’s decisive victory in 2020. Netanyahu and the Likud publicly thanked him for his contribution to the landslide victory of the Likud in the Knesset elections.4
Klein also advised Trump in the 2016 US elections. According to the New York Times, his role in Trump’s victory was pivotal despite being largely unnoticed. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner told Klein that Trump’s victory was impossible without him.5 Klein had originally came up with the idea that Breitbart News should have interviews with women sexually harassed by Hillary Clinton’s husband Bill Clinton.6 This strategy proved to be very helpful for Trump’s campaign.
