Dana Levy is of Jewish descent and her parents were born in Jerusalem. After graduating with a degree in fine arts from St Martinez University in London, Levy set up a jewelry workshop. Consequently, the Dana Levy Company has been designing and manufacturing jewelry and luxury clothing accessories for more than 18 years.
In addition to exporting her products to the UAE, Dana Levy has also hosted art exhibitions of contemporary Israeli culture in Dubai and other cities in the UAE.1
The company also cooperates with the UAE-Israel Business Council. The UIBC is the central and largest economic organization formed in the field of UAE/Israel economic relations. The council began operations immediately after the “Abraham Accords”. While seemingly apolitical, firms such as the Dana Levy Company can be considered as part of the Israeli regime’s push to counter its growing international isolation by normalizing relations with despotic Arab regimes.
