EMET is a Washington, D.C. based American pro-Israel think tank which focuses on influencing members of US Congress. It fields instructors to advise Congress members on issues related to Middle East policy, counter-terrorism and Israeli national security, on a near monthly basis.1
EMET notably led a campaign to stop American authorities from expelling Mosab Hassan Yousef, an undercover Israeli spy which worked in Hamas, from the country.2
