Overview:
Faisal Marjani is a Jewish Zionist lobbyist in Morocco. He is the president of the “Maroc Coexistence Association”. This association is affiliated with the Zionist Sharaka Institute, a public relations outfit centered on promoting Israeli influence in Arab Gulf states. Faisal’s name also appears in the British-registered MENA2050 association. The MENA2050 program can be referred as a more ambitious duplicate of Sharaka, encompassing the whole Middle East and North Africa region with the goal of engineering a philo-semitic atmosphere across largely Muslim and pro-Palestinian populations until 2050.
Marjani enjoys close relations to Moroccan authorities, receiving a medal by King Mohammed VI in 2014 for his role “in civil society”. Marjani is also a member of several infamous foundations known for funding influence actors, such as the Hillary Clinton Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation.
Close ties with the Misgav Israel Security Institute
Acting as the leader of the “Maroc Coexistence Association”, Faisal has sought to organize Moroccan tours of Israel despite a longstanding taboo of embracing Israel among the Moroccan populace. It is worth noting that Marjani has sent delegations to Tel Aviv and Haifa. In one instance, he led a group of 23 Moroccan youth to Israel in July 2024. Despite taking place during international outcry over Israel’s bloody onslaught against Gaza, the trip was meant to promote Israel among Moroccan audiences.
As a sign of Marjani’s influence and network in Israel, his delegation was greeted by Israeli officials such as Knesset speaker “Amir Ohana” and “Meir Ben Shabat“, the former adviser of Israel’s national security and influential member of the Misgav Israel Security Institute.

It is worth mentioning that the Misgav Israel Security Institute and its members, such as Fleur Hassan-Nahoum and Asher Fredman, have played a critical role setting up astroturfed Israeli front-groups as part of post-Abraham Accords networking and public relations activities. The Sharaka Institute and the UAE-Israel Business Council are two of the most prominent outfits related to the Misgav Israel Security Institute.
