Hananya Naftali was born on July 7, 1995, in Israel. He came under the spotlight after his YouTube channel was granted support by Israeli officials such as former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He used his channel to spread disinformation and whitewash the Zionist occupation, effectively acting as an extension of the Israeli propaganda machine.
He later landed a job working as a member of Netanyahu’s digital team for three years. He also writes for numerous infamous Israeli outlets such as the Jerusalem Post and The Times of Israel. Naftali was also part of the IDF and fought in Operation Protective Edge in 2014, where he was injured in combat.
