Overview:
The Zionist regime is in dire need of forming socio-cultural relations with other countries in its region as part of its larger “outside-in” strategy seeking to stifle the Palestinian cause by breaking external Arab regional support for it. The Israeli Foreign Ministry and Israel’s public diplomacy teams are at the forefront of the project, with Tel Aviv’s intelligence and security agencies providing covert support. One of the institutions which has spearheaded such efforts is the Sharaka Institute.
Lior Dabush – who was briefly the “Israel Affairs Director” at the shadowy Sharaka Institute – has received various funds over the last decade to implement numerous Zionist public diplomacy projects, something which demonstrates her role as an important Zionist public relations actor. Currently, Lior Dabush is a team member at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Israel and an intern at the “Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations,” at Reichman University.

8200 Background
With a background in data analysis since 2013 while completing service in the IDF’s 8200 unit – a corps in the Israeli intelligence unit responsible for electronic espionage – Lior founded Sparkle Analytics LTD, a business intelligence company. Dabush also enjoys various political and international contacts allowing her to act on behalf of Israel’s foreign policy establishment. She has completed a bachelor of Middle Eastern studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

From Sharaka to the Bahraini Embassy
The Sharaka Institute currently operates as a long-term Zionist soft diplomacy outreach program in the Arab Gulf region, astroturfing “Israel-Arab relations” by various means such as propping up social media campaigns to hosting influential individuals from Israel to the Arab Gulf states and vice versa.
Being fluent in Arabic and having some scattered experience in teaching Arabic and Hebrew at Ort Yad Leibovitch High School, Dabush worked briefly at the Sharaka institute before becoming a research intern at the “Abba Eban Institute For Diplomacy and Foreign Relations,” at Reichman University and ultimately working at Bahrain’s embassy in Tel Aviv.

According to Arab media reports, Lior’s appointment to the Bahraini embassy in Tel Aviv has been made to assist in electronic espionage operations and data analysis by Bahrain’s government. The presence of Israeli individuals such as Lior in the embassy has greatly facilitated Israeli intelligence cooperation with Bahrain’s despotic regime.1
