Chaim Poju Zabludowicz is a British Jewish billionaire born in Finland who owns luxury estates in Israel. Zabludowicz owns the Tamares investment company in real estate and holds 17% shares of El Al, the biggest Israeli airline.1 His father, Shlomo Zabludowicz was a weapon manufacturer who made large weapons sales to the Israeli government and established the Israeli Soltam defense contractor company.

Zabludowicz founded BICOM (Britain Israel Communications and Research Centre), an Israeli lobby in UK.2 He has also donated to Israeli lobbies such as UJIA (United Jewish Israeli Appeal), CST (Community Security Trust an Israeli lobby) and the JLC (Jewish Leadership Council). Zabludowicz has donated to the Conservative Party and has assisted David Cameron’s successful bid to become UK’s prime minister. Zabludowicz is said to have paid £380000 to the Conservative Party.4
Connections with Israeli Elite
Many indications point to Zabludowicz’s enjoying deep influence within the Israeli elite. Zabludowicz has been accused of bribing former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.5 Zabludowicz also hosted a meeting between former Israeli President Shimon Peres and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in London, 2011.6
