Polovets is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR), one of the most prominent think tanks shaping US foreign policy. He was also a senior advisor to Access Industries, a multinational industrial group owned by Zionist magnate Leonard Blavatnik. Polovets is the Lead Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Clal Industries, a major Israeli holding company with a diversified portfolio of investments.

Promoting Zionism with the Israeli Genesis Prize

The Jewish Russian-American businessman is a co-founder and chairman of the Israeli Genesis Prize Foundation, an annual Zionist prize set for people of the Jewish race. It is funded by Russian Zionist billionaires like Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven, German Khan and Alexander Knaster. This foundation is in partnership with the Jewish Agency for Israel and aims to promote Zionism among Jews. It is worth noting that Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been a regular honorary guest at Israeli Genesis Prize events.

Polovets is also a co-founder and CEO of Genesis Philanthropy Group, which is one of the largest Jewish philanthropy groups in the world with offices in Moscow, New York City, London and Tel Aviv.
