Overview:
As the first Emirati woman to study in a Zionist university, Sumaiiah Almheiri has been astroturfed as a “moderate successful Arab Muslim woman” in softening up to Zionism and embracing Tel Aviv’s push to “normalize relations” with Gulf states. In this context, Almheiri was welcomed by the Zionist Sharaka Institute as a researcher and writer.
The Sharaka Institute currently operates as a long-term Zionist soft diplomacy outreach program in the Arab Gulf region, from propping up social media campaigns in support of the regime to hosting influential individuals from Israel to the UAE and vice versa.

Biography
Born and grown up in Colorado, United States, eight-year-old Sumaiiah immigrated to the UAE. Later on and with a background in electrical engineering, Almheiri became a student in the University of Haifa.1
Serving Malign Network of Sharaka
Almheiri is a self-proclaimed linguist in Hebrew as she runs an Arabic/Hebrew language platform named “Shafah”2. Almheiri has served as cultural and social manager of the Sharaka Institute in Dubai which was followed by visiting Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial as part of a cultural delegation member to Israel.3
The Shahraka institute has interestingly cooperated extensively with the American Sephardi Federation (ASF) which shares office space with it in Dubai and New York. The ASF has enjoyed the support of USAID for implementing projects throughout the region, such as Morocco.4
