Overview:

Dean completed his academic studies at Brandeis University in the field of philosophy and politics. He has also attended various courses at Harvard University.

Dean is currently an economic figurehead in the Israeli regime’s push to counter its growing international isolation by normalizing relations with despotic Arab regimes. Dean is himself focused on trade with the United Arab Emirates and is part of the UAE-Israel Business Council (UIBC) since January 2021.

The UIBC is the central and largest economic organization formed in the field of economical connections between the UAE and Israel. The council began operations immediately after the “Abraham Accords” between the two countries in August 2020.

Economic Activity

Dean’s area of expertise includes brand strategy, market intelligence, new product development, reputation management, and cross-platform media strategy. His far-reaching network also operates through strategic partnerships in the United States, the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Cairo, and Kuwait), Asia, and Europe.

Dean has worked for the Israeli IMPROVATE startup company for 11 months as a member of its Middle East Strategy team.

Improvate was launched in September 2020 and focuses on profiting from opportunities provided by new technologies. By holding conferences and inviting foreign business delegations, the company tries to create networks between foreign companies and Israel.

Dean has been running the Focus 360 Arabia Institute for 10 years and has been its chairman. The company provides consulting for branding research and development. The company is headquartered in Dubai and is focused on the Middle East and North Africa, and is regarded as an information hub in the region.
